Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays in Thailand.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.

We currently ship within Thailand only.
If you are located outside Thailand, please contact us before placing an order at contact@dokinko.com.
Shipping Costs
Good news – shipping is FREE across Thailand!
No additional shipping fees will be applied at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Delivery (Free): 2–5 business days after order processing.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location within Thailand and courier schedules.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 24 hours at contact@dokinko.com
- Provide your order number and photos (if applicable)
We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
